Shifting from Head to Heart


We live in exciting times right now, a time of transition and immense conscious shifting. I like to think of it as a delicate shift from our head to our heart space. This shift will be challenging in many ways, but it is essential that we acknowledge the discomfort as part of the journey. Accepting change and letting go are all part of our shift to a heart centered way of life. It is an ongoing journey that will slowly transform us in profound ways.

In order to start coming out of the conditioning and programming that commands our thought patterns, we must set conscious intentions but remain non-attached to outcomes. The goal is to get to a place of neutrality where your emotions and well-being won't be dictated by whether or not your desires come to fruition, and surrender your worries to the great cosmic intelligence. Trust that things will unfold as they should, and let go of the desire to control. Only through a complete letting go of our strong desires for success can success come freely of its own accord.

Living from the heart also feeds and supports us energetically, for we rarely come to states of exhaustion or harmful levels of stress when we are living in alignment with our heart and soul. The key to living this way is to be clear in your intentions, listen to your intuition, release attachment to outcomes and let things unfold naturally. Below are a few reminders to help you shift from head to heart:

Make time to be still and reflect

Let go of shame and guilt

Let go of judgement

Be mindful of your thoughts

Release expectations

Take small steps everyday
